Do you only ship within Korea?

Yes! We only ship within Korea. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days, depending on where you live.

Do I need to register an account to purchase?

No you don't, but it makes your shopping easier in the future! When prompted to login after you click the "Buy it now" button on a product page, or "Checkout" on the basket page, you can click the "Guest Checkout" button to check out without registering.

What is the "Order Password" on the order form? (Guest Checkout)

If you are checking out as a guest, you are able to check the status of your order with the "Order Password" you set on the order form.

How do I enter my address on the order form?

Click the "SEARCH" button on the order form, and an address search window will popup. Type in the road (도로명), or your land-lot(지번) part of your address in Korean. For example our for our store address you would type in: "삼송로 240" (도로명), or "삼송동 294" (지번). Click on the address that pops up, and it will automatically fill the first address field. In the second address field, type in your building/apartment/block number and your house/room number. The last part of our store address would be: "Hillstate samsong station skansen 2block 2F 260ho".

If you are having trouble entering or finding your address, you can use our store address mentioned above, and leave a note in the "Memo" field (last field on the order form), and we will contact you regarding your delivery.

How do I pay with (Korean) credit card?

Choose the "Credit Card" option under "Payment Method" on the order form, and click the "Pay Order" button. A window from the payment gate (Tosspayments) will pop up. Check the top most checkbox (전체 동의하기), to agree to all terms and conditions, and click the "다음" button. Choose your bank card and click the "다음" button (if you can't find your bank, try clicking on the "+더보기" button!). A pop-up window from your bank will appear with different methods to pay (different depending on the bank). Choose your method and make the payment! If after making the payment you land on the "Order Completed" page, your order has been processed successfully.

How do I pay with a non-Korean Visa or Mastercard?

Choose the "Credit Card" option under "Payment Method" on the order form, and click the "Pay Order" button. A window from the payment gate (Tosspayments) will pop up. Check the top most checkbox (전체 동의하기), to agree to all terms and conditions, and click the "다음" button. Click on the plus button (+더보기) and choose 해외VISA or 해외MASTER. Enter your card information and click on the "다음" button and complete the payment.

Can I pay in cash and/or another currency?

If you want to make the payment with cash and/or another currency, you can either visit our physical store to make the payment in cash and pick up your product, or we can schedule a delivery where you make the payment on delivery (additional fee). Contact us here, and we will help you with your order directly.

What are "Pre-owned" products?

Pre-owned products are used products. All pre-owned products we offer are checked, tested, disinfected and cleaned before shipped out. If there is an issue with the product, you need to contact us and apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
